Terms & Conditions

  • Fees are payables upon confirmation of booking and before lessons commence.
  • The agreed notice for termination of this contract is four weeks, plus an £8 admin fee.
  • Notice must be provided by both parties.
  • Fees payable by online transfer– please ensure your
  • child’s name is set as a reference and you fill in the details at the top of this booking form.
  • A screenshot of your payment emailed to us would also be most appreciated.
  • If SwimStars is not in receipt of your cleared payment your child’s place cannot be guaranteed.
  • If SwimStars should have to close due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a catch-up lesson where possible and availability allows.
  • Catch-up lessons are not offered should a child not be able to attend due to illness or holiday. Unless otherwise agreed by Zoe.
  • If there is a red weather warning issued by the met office or if weather/road conditions make it unviable or unsafe for instructors and customers to get to the venue the lesson will be cancelled and a refund WILL NOT be given

• SwimStars lessons run termly throughout the year and a time table is given for the full year.

• SwimStars will assume you are continuing with your slot unless given 4 weeks notice, and you will be liable for any fees

• Any new booking comes with a 3 week cooling off period. If you decide to stop classes by week 3 we will issue a full refund minus an £8 admin charge.

• Any split payments will be charged at £3 per split and must be agreed in advance with Zoe.

• Any late payments will incur a £12 charge unless a prior arrangement has been made by Zoe.

• Please do not share photos of any other children on any social media platform or similar. You may share photos of your child and our instructors loving their classes!

• Your personal details will not be shared with anyone who is not associated with SwimStars.

• Your instructors will have copies of your contact details.

Neither Swimstars, any of the venues used for lessons or any of its instructors take responsibility for any accidents or incidents due to miscare in or around the poolside. and I agree to adhere to all the rules of this new policy.

I agree that I take full responsibility of myself and the whole of my party whilst attending lessons. I am also happy for my details to be shared with all parties involved with SwimStars and the swimstars Admin team
