Swimstars have employers liability, public liability of £10m and each instructor has their own public liability insurance

Handling of data

We collect days using emails and spreadsheet systems. Any data collected on the class4kids app is defined under their privacy policy.

Purpose of data

allows you to assist with class, allows you to contact the parent when necessary

all instructors and administrators have access to Swimstars data

Data security

Laptops are secured with personal passwords. Instructors have access to all contact information through the class for kids website and are able to print of registers for the children which include a mobile number for the parents.

Data retention

We keep contact data for 2 years emails are stored for 5 years

Data rights

The parents right to view any information on them and also request for deletion
